Dale Daymon: 21, of Cell Barnes Lane, St Albans, was ordered to carry out a further 40 hours unpaid community work on top of the 200 ordered by St Albans Magistrates’ Court on February 2, and to pay costs of £85 after failing to attend unpaid work appointments on February 14 and 22.

Bogdan Stoian: 33, of Burnside, St Albans, was banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending, and fined £365 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services after driving a Mercedes-Benz C Class without insurance and MOT and with an expired licence along the M1 between J4-5 at Bushey on July 23.

Ambrose Etenjeh: 44, of Milton Road, Harpenden, was fined £440 plus £85 costs and £44 towards victim services, and was awarded four penalty points for speeding at 41mph in a Fiat Fiorino along the 30mph B653 Lower Luton Road, Harpenden, on November 10.

Emma Coyne: 43, of Salisbury Road, Harpenden, was fined £84 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points for speeding at 60mph in a Land Rover Discovery along the M25 between J23-24 when a 50mph variable speed order was in place on November 13.

Boyd Mayover: 63, of Southerton Way, Shenley, was fined £230 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points for speeding at 40mph in a Range Rover along the 30mph A5183 Elstree Hill South, north of Sullivan Way, Elstree, on November 7.

Andrei Oros: 25, of Grove Road, Harpenden, was fined £57 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points after speeding at 40mph in a Seat Leon along the 30mph A4125 Eastbury Road, outside Manning Court, Watford, on November 9.

Sarwar Shamsher: 47, of Holyrood Crescent, St Albans, was fined £176 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points for speeding at 37mph in a Toyota Avensis along the 30mph B6426 Cavendish Way, north-east of Meadow Dell, Hatfield, on November 17.

Adrian Liburd: 53, of Mountbatten Close, St Albans, was fined £520, plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services after being found in possession of a silver foil wrap of diamorphine, and two mobile phones which were not registered in his name, as prohibited by a criminal behaviour order imposed by Bristol Crown Court on January 1 2016, in St Albans on October 25. He was fined a further £120 for breaching a conditional discharge for being in possession of a mobile phone not registered to him in St Albans on June 26 2017.

Santini Bazzinotti: 18, of Park Street Lane, Park Street, was fined £80 plus £20 compensation, £85 costs and £30 towards victim services after using insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress, at Elstree and Borehamwood railway station on October 16.

Brian Moran: 55, of Pickford Hill, Batford, was fined £40 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services after being drunk and disorderly in Station Road, Harpenden, on April 11.

John Squires: 23, of Radlett Road, Frogmore, was banned from driving for 20 months, and fined £800 plus £85 costs and £40 towards victim services after driving a Ford Focus along St Albans Road East, Hatfield, on April 21, having consumed so much alcohol that the proportion in his breath exceeded 74mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, failing to stop following an accident in which damage was caused to another vehicle, and failing to report the accident at a police station within 24 hours.

Rowan Breslin: 38, of Holts Meadow, Redbourn, was banned from driving for 24 months and fined £500 plus £85 costs and £50 towards victim services after driving a Peugeot 108 along Berkhamsted High Street on March 29 after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in his breath was 92mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath.
