Thomas Riley: 24, of Brackendene, Bricket Wood, was given a 24 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £85 costs and £20 towards victim services after being found in possession of four wraps of cocaine in Bricket Wood on April 29 2017.

Michael Wilson: 46, of Scrubbitts Square, Radlett, was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £85 costs and £20 towards victim services after being found in possession of a small bag of amphetamine and a small pot of cannabis in Radlett on September 12.

Courage Chavhundura: 25, of Marford Road, Wheathampstead, was banned from driving due to repeat offending and fined £541 plus £85 costs and £44 towards victim services after driving a Vauxhall Corsa without insurance or an MOT along Cole Green Lane, Welwyn Garden City, on July 24.

Joan Gray: 57, of Maynard Drive, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points after driving a Toyota IQ without insurance in Kings Road, London Colney, on November 1.

Tisjana Woodward: 22, of Artisan Crescent, St Albans, was fined £120 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points after driving a Volkswagen Polo without insurance in Batchwood Drive, St Albans, on October 28.

Tiger Bailey: 22, of Sandridge Road, St Albans, was fined £267 plus £85 costs for failing to carry out unpaid community work on February 11 and 25 as ordered by St Albans Magistrates’ Court on July 28.

Vanessa Bagge: 28, of High Street, London Colney, was fined £440 plus £85 costs and £44 towards victim services, and was awarded four penalty points for speeding at 41mph in a Fiat 500 along the 30mph B4630 Watford Road, north of Laburnum Grove, Chiswell Green, St Albans, on October 17.

George Barrett: 56, of Beeching Close, Harpenden, was fined £440 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services after driving a Ford Ka along High Street, St Albans, without an MOT or seatbelt, on October 8.

Ben Brown: 28, of High Street, London Colney, was fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points after failing to reveal the identity of the rider using his Yamaha YBR 125 motorbike when it was involved in an offence of speeding at 41mph down the 30mph A412 Rickmansworth Road, near Rosslyn Road, Watford, on October 17, as instructed by Herts Police on November 23.

Jordan Driver: 25, of Cockle Way, Shenley, was fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points after failing to reveal the identity of the motorist using her Peugeot 207 Sport when it was involved in an offence of speeding at 46mph along the 30mph A5183 Frogmore, south of Brinsmead, on October 17, as instructed by Herts Police on January 12.

Nicola Ellicott: 45, of Sunnydell, St Albans, was fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points after failing to reveal the identity of the motorist using her Peugeot Partner L600 when it was involved in an offence of speeding at 49mph along the 40mph A414 St Albans Road, Hemel Hempstead, on October 3, as instructed by Herts Police on November 6.

Emanuele Flore: 28, of London Road, Flamstead, was fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points for driving a Fiat Multipla 110 ELX JLD along the A5 at Flamstead without insurance, on October 13.
