Scott Ayres: 43, of Watson Avenue, St Albans, was ordered to carry out 160 hours unpaid community work and pay £265.32 compensation, £85 towards victim services and £35 costs after assaulting a man by beating in St Albans on September 24 and stealing meat and wine worth £100 from Tesco stores in St Albans on the same date, stealing groceries worth £65.32 from Iceland in St Albans on October 12, and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause a fear of immediate unlawful violence, also in St Albans on the same date.

Paul Chappell: 43, of Kendals Close, Radlett, was ordered to have treatment for alcohol dependency for six months, and pay £50 compensation, £50 costs and £85 towards victim services after assaulting a man by beating in Radlett on February 22. He was fined a further £120 for committing an offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order imposed by Norfolk Magistrates’ Court on October 13.

Daniel Townsend: 37, of Mount Pleasant Lane, Bricket Wood, was banned from driving for 20 months and fined £300 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services after driving a Ford Transit along Abbey Avenue, St Albans, on March 6 having consumed so much alcohol that the proportion in his breath was 84mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath.

Bethan Barham: 44, of Watford Road, St Albans, was fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points for driving a Honda CR-V I-VTEC Executive without insurance along Holywell Hill, St Albans, on October 6.

Andrzej Nadolny: 37, of Milford Close, St Albans, was fined £461 plus £85 costs and £46 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points for allowing Wtodzimierz Maciaszczyk to drive his Audi A3 without insurance along the A5183 Park Street, south of Hawfield Gardens, St Albans, on October 7.

Benn Rayner: 39, of Starlight Way, Tyttenhanger, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points for speeding at 37mph in a Mazda 3 Katano along the 30mph Drakes Drive, north of Frobisher Road, St Albans, on October 6.

Thomas Russell: 29, of Kings road, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points for speeding at 37mph in a Vauxhall Combo along the 30mph A4178 Deacons Hill, near Blackwell Drive, Watford, on October 5.

Danielle Smith: 22, of Cairns Close, St Albans, was fined £820 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points for driving a Ford Fiesta Finesse without insurance or a licence along Russet Drive, St Albans, on October 6.

George Stear: 23, of Strawberry Crescent, London Colney, was fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points after driving a BMW 320D Sport Plus without insurance in Ebury Road, Rickmansworth, on September 30.

Jordan Galloway: 26, of High Street, London Colney, was fined £583 plus £85 costs and £58 towards victim services after breaching a restraining order imposed by North and East Herts Magistrates’ Court on April 28 by approaching and directly communicating with the subject of the order in London Colney on March 23.
