Asgket McCluskey: 23, of Cell Barnes Lane, St Albans, was fined £120 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services after being found in possession of a bag of cocaine at Link Drive car park in Hatfield on November 7.

Santini Bazzinotti: 18, of Park Street Lane, Park Street, was fined £80 plus £50 compensation, £85 costs and £30 towards victim services after assaulting a police constable in the execution of his duty, in St Albans on June 17.

Albert O’Shea: 26, of Pippin Close, Shenley, was fined £250 plus £50 compensation, £85 costs and £30 towards victim services after assaulting a man by beating at Radlett railway station on March 18 2017.

Adam Jupp: 23, of Bricket Road, St Albans, was banned from driving for six months and fined £160 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services after failing to stop following an accident in which personal injury was caused to another person, when driving a Citroen Saxo in Curtis Way, Berkhamsted, on January 6, and driving the same vehicle without insurance or a licence in Watling Street, St Albans, on the same date.

Clare Burnell: 37, of Oliver Close, Park Street, was fined £220 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded three points after speeding at 37mph in a Vauxhall Vectra along the 30mph A5183 Frogmore, south of Brinsmead, St Albans, on August 18.

Josephine Cumbo: 46, of Crabtree Lane, Harpenden, was fined £70 plus £30 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points for speeding at 38mph in a Volkswagen Passat along the 30mph A1000 Broadwater Road, south of Hyde Way, Welwyn Garden City, on August 20.

Denise Durant: 53, of Holywell Hill, St Albans, was fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points for refusing to identify the motorist using her Nissan Juke when it was speeding at 44mph along the 30mph A5135 Elstree Way, east of Manor Way, Borehamwood, on August 22, as required to by Herts Police at Stevenage between September 1-28.

Annie Gabblah: 53, of Wingate Way, St Albans, was fined £47 plus 385 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points for speeding at 37mph in a Mercedes-Benz M Class along the 30mph A1057 Hatfield Road, St Albans, on August 18.

Michelle Hirschberg: 28, of Watling Street, Radlett, was fined £440 plus £85 costs and £44 towards victim services, and was awarded four penalty points for speeding at 41mph in a Citroen Nemo along the 30mph A411 London Road, east of Grange Road, Bushey, on August 11.

Kathryn Thomas: 47, of Abbots Avenue West, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points for speeding at 37mph in a Ford B-Max along the 30mph A5135 Elstree Way, east of Manor Way, at Borehamwood, on August 17.

Jamie Bradbury: 48, of High Street, London Colney, was banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending, and was fined £110 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services after speeding at 37mph in a Volkswagen Transporter along the 30mph A5183 Park Street, south of Hawfield Gardens, St Albans, on January 10.

Gyles Neville: 43, of Coleswood Road, Harpenden, was banned from driving for 18 months, and fined £500 plus £650 costs and £50 towards victim services, after driving a Mazda MX05 in the Harpenden railway station car park on August 19, after consuming so much alcohol that he gave a reading of 66mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath.

Smail Ramdani: 23, of Dellfield, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £9.80 compensation, £125 costs and £30 towards victim services after entering a train without a valid ticket to travel, at Hatfield on August 4.

Tomasz Choinski: 36, of The Quadrant, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £2.80 compensation, £125 costs and £30 towards victim services, after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection at Stevenage on October 4.
