Nouredine Erratab: 49, of Holyrood Crescent, St Albans, was ordered to pay £85 costs and carry out a total of 170 hours unpaid community work after failing to attend unpaid work sessions on November 20 and 28, as ordered by St Albans Magistrates’ Court on November 10. The total included an additional 20 hours added for the breach.

Devante Campbell: 25, of High Street, London Colney, was banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending, and fined £586 plus £85 costs and £44 towards victim services after driving a Mercedes-Benz without insurance or a licence along the A10 Southbound College Road, Cheshunt, on May 18. He was later banned from driving for a further six months due to repeat offending and fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services after driving the same vehicle without insurance or a licence in Mutton Lane, Potters Bar, on June 6.

Mahyar Azarakhsh: 46, of Burston Drive, Park Street, was fined £146 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points for speeding at 40mph in an Audi A6 along the B4630 Watford Road, north of Laburnum Grove, Chiswell Green, on September 1.

Matthew Drinkall: 26, of Rosemary Drive, London Colney, was fined £80 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services and was awarded three penalty points for driving in a Ford Transit with worn tyres on the M25 between J26-25 at Waltham Abbey on August 9.

Charles Evans-Hunt: 25, of Park Field, Markyate, was fined £880 plus £85 costs and £66 towads victim services, and was awarded six penalty points for driving in a Vauxhall Astra along Comer Wood Road, Markyate, on August 22, without insurance and not wearing a seat belt.

Gavin Smith: 40, of London Road, St Albans, was fined £330 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points for speeding at 52mph in a Mitsubishi L200 along the 40mph B5378 Shenleybury, near Shenleybury Cottages, Shenley, on August 30.

Jane McGuinness: 36, of Radlett Road, Frogmore, was fined £40 plus £85 costs and £40 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points for speeding at 37mph in a Ford Fusion along the 30mph A5183 Park Street, south of Hawfield Gardens, St Albans, on August 27.

Damon Iacovone: 28, of High Oaks, St Albans, was fined £80 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services after stealing goods worth £19.99 from TK Maxx in St Albans on February 5.

Charlie Sullivan: 21, of Westfields, St Albans, was ordered to pay £125 compensation and £40 costs after damaging a door in Harpenden on February 5, and assaulting two police officers with intent to resist arrest on the same date.

Morgan Davies: 19, of Vicarage Gardens, Flamstead, was banned from driving for 23 months and fined £140 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services after driving a Ford Fiesta along Harpenden High Street on January 10 havign consumed so much alcohol that the proportion in his breath was 93mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath.

James Rankin: 44, of Upper Lattimore Road, St Albans, was fined £40 plus £40 costs and £6.50 compensation after stealing a bottle of wine worth £6.50 belonging to Marks & Spencer in St Albans on January 24.

Kevin Rowe: 36, of Eastcote Drive, Harpenden, was fined £187 plus £120 costs and £30 towards victim services after making an indecent or grossly offensive phone call for the purpose of causing distress or anxiety, at Harpenden on March 25 2017.

Khaleeq Urehman: 39, of Brampton Road, St Albans, was committed to prison for six weeks suspended for 12 month and ordered to pay £85 costs and £115 towards victim services, and was made subject to a restraining order until February 12 2019, after pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to harassment between January 19-21 at Welwyn Garden City, sending abusive voicemail messages and attending an address to shout insults from outside.

Harry Mardell: 19, of Richardson Place, Colney Heath, was fined £75 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services after being found in possession of 15 bags of cannabis at Colney Heath on December 1.

Oliver Yeboah: 22, of Piggottshill Lane, Harpenden, was fined £120 plus £30 towards victim services after being found in possession of a quantity of cannabis in Red Road, Borehamwood, on December 14.
