Mark Weekes: 41, of Ladies Grove, St Albans, was fined £40 plus £30 towards victim services after being found in possession of a quantity of Beta Prograne in Stevenage on February 26.

Paul Higgs: 18, of Holywell Hill, St Albans, was fined £80 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services after being found in possession of four small bags of cannabis in St Albans on January 22.

Matthew Lynes: 28, of Hatfield Road, St Albans, was fined £1,045 plus £85 costs and £65 towards victim services, and was banned from driving for six months after driving a Ford Transit Connect van along the A1081 London Road at St Albans on December 18, when he was disqualified and without any insurance.

Linda Joyce: 69, of The Lawns, St Albans, was fined £128 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points for speeding at 37mph in a Nissan Micra along the 30mph A5183 Frogmore, south of Brinsmead, St Albans, on September 1.

Arturas Karalevicius: 21, of Station Road, Smallford, was fined £1,100 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points for driving a Volkswagen Passat without insurance and with an under-inflated rear tyre in Beaumont Avenue, St Albans on August 26.

Fabricio Mortari: 29, of Lawrance Road, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points for riding a Honda WW 125 while using a handheld mobile phone, in Beech Road, St Albans on August 30.

Justin Randall: 51, of Newlands Avenue, Radlett, was fined £660 plus £85 costs and £44 towards victim services, and was awarded seven penalty points for speeding at 45mph in a Porsche Cayenne along the 30mph A5183 Elstree Hill South, north of Sullivan Way, Elstree, on September 4, and speeding at 40mph in a Mercedes-Benz convertible along the 30mph B462 Aldenham Road, south of the Metropolitan Police Club, Bushey, on October 19.

Dave Richards: 56, of Drakes Drive, St Albans, was fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points for driving without insurance in a Vauxhall Corsa along Hatfield Road, St Albans, on August 23.

Jarrad Van Damme: 22, of Therfield Road, St Albans, was fined £1,00 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points for riding a Suzuki off-road bike without insurance, a helmet or a licence in Batchwood Drive, St Albans, on August 24.

Lee Wyatt: 39, of Newcome Road, Shenley, was fined £1,540 plus £85 costs and £44 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points for driving a Ford Transit with worn tyres, a cracked windscreen and no MOT along Summerhouse Lane, Letchmore Heath, Radlett, on August 17.

Chris Cairncross: 29, of Holyrood Crescent, St Albans, was fined £120 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services after wasting police time by making a false report claiming an offence had been committed, at St Albans on February 23.

Doran Iacovone: 28, of High Oaks, St Albans, was fined £120 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services for resisting a police constable in the execution of his duty, at St Albans on February 5.

Johnny Dooley: 20, of Park Street caravan site, St Albans, was banned from driving for 29 months and fined £667 plus £85 costs and £67 towards victim services after refusing to provide a breath specimen at Hatfield on February 1.

Wojciech Sendra: 33, of Lowbell Lane, St Albans, was banned from driving for 19 months and fined £231 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services after driving a Peugeot 407 along the A405 at Bricket Wood, St Albans, on February 6, having consumed so much alcohol that he gave a breath specimen of 71mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath.

David Ellis: 33, of Camp Road, St Albans, was fined £100 plus £85 costs and ordered to pay £19.17 vehicle excise back duty after driving an unlicensed Toyota Urban Cruiser along Hatfield Road, St Albans, on June 7.
