Lokman Ali: 28, of Wilshere Avenue, St Albans, was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £50 costs and £20 towards victim services after being found in possession of a quantity of cannabis in St Albans on December 22.

Mark Weekes: 41, of Ladies Grove, St Albans, was fined £40 plus £30 towards victim services after being found in possession of a quantity of Beta Prograne in Stevenage on February 26.

Paul Higgs: 18, of Holywell Hill, St Albans, was fined £80 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services after being found in possession of four small bags of cannabis in St Albans on January 22.

Lee Wyatt: 39, of Newcome Road, Shenley, was fined £1,540 plus £85 costs and £44 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points for driving a Ford Transit with worn tyres, a cracked windscreen and no MOT along Summerhouse Lane, Letchmore Heath, Radlett, on August 17.

Chris Cairncross: 29, of Holyrood Crescent, St Albans, was fined £120 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services after wasting police time by making a false report claiming an offence had been committed, at St Albans on February 23.
