Matthew Brooks: 33, of Upper Lattimer Road, St Albans, was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £17 compensation after stealing two bottles of wine from Marks & Spencer in St Peter’s Street, St Albans, on January 4, and another bottle of wine from the same store on January 10.

Liam Gaastra: 23, of Clarence Road, St Albans, was fined £80 plus £80 costs and £30 towards victim services after stealing two items of perfume worth £167.50 from Debenhams in Hemel Hempstead on December 5.

Daniel Cerri: 26, of Birchwood Way, Park Street, was fined £400 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services after being drunk and disorderly in the Tesco Metro store, St Albans, and assaulting a police constable in the execution of his duty, both on December 30.

Claire Wikinson: 38, of Gillian Avenue, St Albans, was fined £292 plus £30 costs and was awarded three penalty points after speeding in a BMW 2 Series along the M4 J19-20 and the M5 J15017 when a 20mph speed limit was in place on January 26.

Paul Joyce: 35, of Ver Meadows Caravan Site, Redbourn, was fined £100 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points after being seen holding a handheld device in his right hand, in front of the steering wheel whilst driving, and therefore did not have proper control of his vehicle, a Ford Transit van, in High Street Green, Hemel Hempstead, on April 2.

Joseph Robb: 23, of Coursers Road, Colney Heath, was banned from driving for six months and fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, after failing to identify the motorist using his Toyota Hilux when it was involved in an offence, in Stevenage on June 27.

Ronan Berry: 39, of Abbots Park, St Albans, was banned from driving for six months and fined £220 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, after speeding at 61mph in a Ford Transit along the 50mph A414 Stanstead Abbotts by-pass and adjoining roads on March 10.

Max Abbis-Biro: 55, of Inkerman Road, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, after speeding at 40mph in a Volkswagen Tiguan along the 30mph A5183 Park Street, south of Hawfield Gardens, St Albans, on July 31.

Gordon Cameron: 23, of The Firs, Harpenden, was fined £880 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points for driving a Vauxhall Corsa without insurance on an MOT in Roundwood Lane, Harpenden, on July 27.

James Evans: 40, of Pageant Road, St Albans, was fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points after driving a Citroen Saxo without insurance in Abbots Park, St Albans, on August 1.

Bisi Giwa: 42, of Radlett Park Road, Radlett, was fined £70 plus £30 towards victim services and was awarded three penalty points after speeding in an Audi Q7 along the 30mph A5183 Frogmore, south of Brinsmead, St Albans, on July 6.

Emily Johnson: 33, of Hardwicke Place, London Colney, was fined £220 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points for speeding at 47mph in a Suzuki Alto along the 30mph A602 Broadhall Way, east of Valley Way, Stevenage, on August 3.

Donna Want: 43, of Camp Road, St Albans, was fined £70 plus £30 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points for speeding at 39mph in a Volkswagen Golf along the 30mph A1000 Broadwater Road, south of Hyde Way, Welwyn Garden City, on August 4.
