Simon Speer: 35, of Langley Grove, St Albans, was committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months, and ordered to pay £250 compensation, after stealing two power drills worth £250 from B&Q in Swallowfields, Welwyn Garden City, dishonestly receiving stolen goods, namely bank cards, at WGC, and committed fraud by using a stolen Mastercard to pay for goods worth £70.93 at the Esso Garage, Bridge Road East, WGC, using a stolen Capital One credit card to make a gain of £70.33 at the Esso Garage, Bridge Road East, WGC, and using a stolen Capital One credit card to make a gain of £10 at Asda in Hatfield Town Centre, all on December 7.

Mahmuda Khanom: 37, of Marshall Avenue, St Albans, was ordered to carry out 80 hours unpaid community work and pay £85 costs and £85 towards victim services, after dishonestly failing to notifiy a local authority, namely St Albans district council, of a change in circumstances which would affect Housing and Council Tax Benefit, namely full and accurate details of household income, between March 7 2011 and September 25 2016 at St Albans.

Mohammed Mosud: 42, of Marshall Avenue, St Albans, was made subject to a curfew from 8pm and 7am daily until April 22 2018, and ordered to pay £85 costs and £85 towards victim services, after dishonestly failing to notifiy a local authority, namely St Albans district council, of a change in circumstances which would affect Housing and Council Tax Benefit, namely full and accurate details of household income, between March 7 2011 and September 25 2016 at St Albans.

Max Abbis-Biro: 55, of Inkerman Road, St Albans, was fined £330 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points after speeding in a Volkswagen Tiguan at 40mph along the 30mph A5183 Park Street, south of Hawfield Gardens, St Albans, on July 31.

Gordon Cameron: 23, of The Firs, Harpenden, was fined £880 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points after driving a Vauxhall Corsa without insurance and MOT in Roundwood Lane, Harpenden, on July 27.

James Evans: 40, of Pageant Road, St Albans, was fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services after driving a Citroen Saxo without insurance in Abbots Park, St Albans, on August 1.

Bisi Giwa: 42, of Radlett Park Road, Radlett, was fined £70 plus £30 towards victim services and was awarded three penalty points after speeding in an Audi Q7 at 44mph along the 30mph A5183 Frogmore, south of Brinsmead, St Albans, on July 6.

Emily Johnson: 33, of Hardwicke Place, London Colney, was fined £220 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points after speeding in a Suzuki Alto at 47mph along the 30mph A602 Broadhall Way, east of Valley Way, Stevenage, on August 3.

Donna Want: 43, of Camp Road, St Albans, was fined £70 plus £30 towards victim services and was awarded three penalty points after speeding in a Volkswagen Golf at 39mph along the 30mph A1000 Broadwater Road, south of Hyde Way, Welwyn Garden City, on August 4.

Luke Wallis: 26, of Porters Wood, St Albans, was fined £100 plus four penalty points for speeding in a Honda Civic at 43mph along the 30mph A1000 Broadwater Road, south of Hyde Way, Welwyn Garden City, on April 25. he was also fined £135 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services and was awarded four penalty points for speeding on the 70mph M25 at J21A Watford on January 16 2017.

Keygan Cyrus: 36, of Artisan Crescent, St Albans, was ordered to carry out 80 hours unpaid community work, was banned from driving for six months and was ordered to pay £85 costs and £85 towards victim services after failing to stop after an accident involving the Ford Transit he was driving in White Horse Lane, London Colney, which caused injury to two people, and also failing to report the accident at a police station within 24 hours, and driving without due care and attention, all on July 17.

Ross Hampson: 47, of East Common, Redbourn, was fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services and awarded six penalty points, after failing to identify the motorist using his Audi A6 when it was involved in an offence in Stevenage between May 30 and June 26 2017, as required to by Herts Police at Stevenage on June 27.
