Kirsty Smith-Martin: 38, of Woodlands, Park Street, was banned from driving for six months and fined £539 plus £85 costs and £53 towards victim services, after giving a blood specimen of 286mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood, after driving a Toyota Rav-4 in Watling Street, St Albans, on October 29.

Jamie Carrier: 39, of Holyrood Crescent, St Albans, was fined £80 plus £22.80 compensation, £85 costs and £30 towards victim services after stealing meat from BP Express in St Albans on October 7.

Timothy Stapleton: 51, of Marlborough Road, St Albans, was given a six month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £5 compensation, £20 costs and £20 towards victim services after stealing sandwiches from Greggs in St Albans on October 2 and 11, food and drinks from Tesco in St Albans on October 11, and food from Marks & Spencer in St Albans on October 11.

Rikki Constable: 26, of Batters Green Drive, Radlett, was fined £40 plus £30 towards victim services after being found in possession of a pot of cannabis in Bushey in October 16.

Paul Bailey: 53, of Colney Heath Lane, St Albans, was fined £432 plus £620 costs and £43 towards victim services, and was made subject to a restraining order until January 8 2020, after pushing a person in the chest who was preventing him from entering a premises in St Albans, shouting abuse and making threats, all on October 5.

Michael Angood-Summerville: 53, of Haig Close, St Albans, was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £50 costs after assaulting a man by beating in St Albans on September 6.

Richard Taylor: 35, of Haig Close, St Albans, was given a 15 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £50 costs after assaulting a man by beating in St Albans on September 6.

Jackie Bartell: 44, of The Rose Walk, Radlett, was fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points after refusing to identify the motorist driving her Toyota Rav-4 when it drove through a red light on the A41 Colne Way at its junction with Westlea Avenue, Watford, on July 25, as required to by Herts police on August 31.

Mark Russell: 38, of Green Lane, St Albans, was fined £130 plus £620 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points for using a handheld mobile phone while driving a Ford Focus along Lemsford Road, St Albans, on March 4.

Sylvanus Mason: 34, of Masefield Road, Harpenden, was fined £350 plus £85 costs and £35 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points after driving a Vauxhall Combo without insurance in Tudor Court, St Albans, on July 15.

Paul McNeil: 51, of Eskdale, London Colney, was fined £66 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points for speeding at 37mph in a BMW 3 Series Coupe along the 30mph A5183 Park Street, south of Hawfield Gardens, St Albans, on July 21.

Adam Snow: 32, of Upper Station Road, Radlett, was fined £592 plus £85 costs and £59 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points for speeding at 38mph in Porsche 911 along the 30mph A5183 Park Street, south of Hawfield Gardens, St Albans, on July 23.

Daniel Thomas: 24, of Sleapshyde Lane, Smallford, was fined £92 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, after driving a Ford Focus along Victoria Street, St Albans, while not wearing a seat belt, on July 16.

Conor O’Malley: 24, of Burnham Road, St Albans, was fined £50 plus £40 costs and £30 towards victim services, after being found in possession of a small quantity of cannabis in London Colney on December 10.
