Kamran Sikandari: 47, of Newgate Close, St Albans, was fined £40 plus 385 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points for speeding in a Peugeot 206 along the 40mph A414 St Albans Road, west of Lower Yolt, Hemel Hempstead, on May 2.

Anthony Charlton: 31, of Richard Stagg Close, St Albans, was fined £80 plus £36.40 compensation, £85 costs and £30 towards victim services after making off without paying for food and alcohol in St Albans on October 19. He was also ordered to pay £40.60 compensation after making off without paying for a meal, alcohol and service in St Albans on November 7.

James Rankin: 44, of Lattimore Road, St Albans, was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £85 costs and £20 towards victim services after stealing a crate of beer worth £13 from Tesco in St Albans on October 25.

Akinfolarin Bajomo: 45, of Radlett Park Road, Radlett, was fined £269 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points for speeding at 49mph in an Audi Q7 along 40mph Theobald Street, south-east of Organ Hall Cottages, Radlett, on April 30.

William Chippington: 45, of Richardson Close, London Colney, was fined £440 plus £85 costs and £44 towards victim services, and was awarded five penalty points for speeding at 45mph in a BMW 5 Series along the 30mph A411 London Road, east of Grange Road, Bushey, on May 29.

Luke Wallis: 26, of Porters Wood, St Albans, was fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, after refusing to identify the motorist driving his Honda Civic when it was involved in speeding at 50mph along the 40mph A1057 St Albans Road West, west of Poplars Close, Hatfield, on May 27, as required by Herts police at Stevenage on July 5.

Garry Winch: 54, of Hilltop, Redbourn, was fined £220 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points after driving a Renault Trafic along the A1081 High Street, Harpenden, while using a handheld mobile phone on May 12.

John Naisbitt: 78, of Cunningham Avenue, St Albans, was banned from driving for three years and fined £170 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services after driving his Vauxhall Corsa on the forecourt of Sainsbury’s petrol station in St Albans after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of breath was 58mcg of alcohol in 100ml, on October 21.

Helen Doran: of Chiswell Green Lane, was fined £660 plus £203.34 vehicle excise back duty and £85 costs for keeing an unlicensed Ford Mondeo in Tudor Road, Luton, on April 1.

Nouredine Erratab: 49, of Holyrood Crescent, St Albans, was ordered to carry out 300 hours unpaid community work, pay £200 compensation, £85 towards victim services and £200 costs after using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour likely to cause a fear of immediate unlawful violence, and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress, towards two people in St Albans on July 19.

Frank Brinkley: 51, of Squibbetts Square, Radlett, was fined £100 plus £50 compensation, £150 costs and £30 towards victim services after using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour causing harassment, alarm or distress, in St Albans on June 24.
