Darren Meredith: 40, of Hatfield Road, St Albans, was ordred to carry out 150 hours unpaid community work and pay £85 costs and £85 towards victim services after being found in possession of a knife in Hillfield, Hatfield, on November 4.

Bryan Gardner: 70, of Lattimore Road, St Albans, was ordered to pay £75 compensation and £85 costs after stealing shirts worth £75 from Marks & Spencer in St Albans on August 15.

Michelle Hunt: 26, of High Oaks, St Albans, was fined £40 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services after being found drunk and disorderly in a public place, namely Sandringham Crescent, St Albans, on November 15.

Nathan Sinfield: 27, of Wheat Close, Sandridge, was fined £416 plus £100 compensation, £85 costs and £41 towards victim services, after using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour which was likely to cause a fear of immediate unlawful violence, at the Blackberry Jack pub in St Albans on August 28.

Stefano Cabras: 49, of Kings Road, London Colney, was fined £500 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded 30 penalty points after refusing to disclose the identity of the motorist driving his Citroen Xsara when it was involved in numerous offences in Stevenage between February 14 and March 13, February 22 and March 21 and February 21 and March 20, as required by Herts police in Stevenage on March 14, 21 and 22. He avoided disqualification due to mitigating circumstances.

Michael Masterson: 66, of Church Close, Radlett, was fined £300 plus £620 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points after driving a Land Rover Range Rover in High Street, London Colney, on September 12 2016 when he did not have proper control of the vehicle as he was using a mobile phone while driving.

Gavin House: 35, of Nightingale Lane, St Albans, was banned from driving for 56 days and fined £600 plus £85 costs and £60 towards victim services after speeding in a Smart Fortwo Coupe excess of 30mph along Grace Way, Stevenage, on July 2.

Giani Anghel: 21, of Cambridge Road, St Albans, was fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points for driving a Renault Laguna without insurance in St Peter’s Street, St Albans, on June 12.

Michael Doody: 33, of Alexander Road, London Colney, was fined £880 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points after driving a Renault Scenic without insurance and an MOT certificate along the A1(M) southbound at J7 for Stevenage on June 16. He was also fined £160 plus £30 towards victim services and £85 costs, and was awarded six penalty points for driving a Vauxhall Corsa without insurance or a licence in Waverley Road, St Albans, on November 12.

Walid Hijazi: 41, of Southdown Road, Harpenden, was fined £428 plus £85 costs and £42 towards victim services, and was awarded four penalty points after speeding in a Ford Focus at 43mph along the 30mph A412 St Albans Road, south of First Avenue, Watford, on May 13.

Lesley Jell: 37, of Artisan Crescent, St Albans, was fined £160 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points after driving an Audi A3 without a licence or insurance in Marconi Way, St Albans, on June 14.

Jakub Lica: 29, of Norris Close, London Colney, was fined £293 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services and was awarded four penalty points after speeding at 41mph in a Fiat Ducato along the 30mph A111 Southgate Road, near Oakmere Avenue, Potters Bar, on May 29, and a further £146 fine plus an additional three points for speeding at 37mph along the 30mph A5135 Elstree Way, east of Manor Way, Borehamwood, on June 6.

Ionut Pirvu: 33, of Cell Barnes Lane, St Albans, was fined £600 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points after driving a Saab 9-3 without insurance along the A1081 Harpenden Road, St Albans, on June 19.

Nathan Tomkinson: 42, of The Ramparts, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points for speeding at 39mph in a Land Rover Defender along the 30mph Leverstock Green Road, east of Pancake Lane, Hemel Hempstead, on June 20.
