Maria Wilson: 46, of Sopwell Lane, St Albans, was fined £70 plus £30 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points for speeding at 38mph in an Audi A4 along the 30mph A4147 Maylands Avenue, Hemel Hempstead, on April 22.

Rebecca Liviero: 24, of Napsbury Avenue, London Colney, was fined £150 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points for driving a Volkswagen Polo without due care and attention in Cotlandswick and Bellcham Close, London Colney, on February 22.

Declan Green: 26, of Common Lane, Radlett, was fined £880 plus £85 costs and £44 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points for driving a Mercedes Benz C Class Sports Coupe with worn tyres in Elstree Hill South, Borehamwood, on April 29.

Melissa Hoffman: 27, of Links Drive, Radlett, was fined £220 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points for speeding at 48mph in a Kia Picanto along the 40mph Theobald Street, south-east of Organ Hall Cottages, Radlett, on May 1.

Krishna Patel: 40, of The Meads, Bricket Wood, was fined £160 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points for speeding at 80mph in a Mercedes Benz G Class along the 50mph A405 Trunk Road at Watford on April 28, and with a registration plate that did not include a maker stamp and had incorrectly spaced letters and numbers, on the same date.

Driss El Aissati: 29, of Napsbury Avenue, London Colney, was banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending, and fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services after driving a Mercedes Benz C Class Coupe without insurance in Vicarage Road, Watford, on January 14.

Danielle Zissman: 42, of Newberries Avenue, Radlett, was fined £146 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points for speeding at 37mph in a Jaguar F Pace along the 30mph A5135 Elstree Way, east of Manor Way, Borehamwood, on April 16.

Kamran Sikandari: 47, of Newgate Close, St Albans, was fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points after failing to disclose the identity of the motorist using his Peugeot 206 when it was speeding at 48mph along the 40mph A414 St Albans Road, Hemel Hempstead, on May 2, at Stevenage between June 9 and July 6.

Robert Dunham: 47, of Hickling Way, Harpenden, was fined £2,640 plus £30 towards victim services and £85 costs, and was banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending, after failing to disclose the identity of the motorist using his Vauxhall Zafira when it was speeding at 38mph along the 30mph B653 Lower Luton Road, outside Lea Industrial Estate, Harpenden, on January 22, at Stevenage between February 27 and March 26, and again refusing to identify the motorist using his vehicle at Stevenage between February 16 and March 15, March 13 and April 9, and February 24 to March 23.

Peter Wilcock: 33, of Ver Meadow, St Albans, was committed to prison for six weeks suspended for 12 months, and ordered to pay £85 costs and £115 towards victim services after failing to register a change of address under the terms of the Sexual Offences Act 2003, at Preston on July 4.

Phillippa Havard: 56, of Ladies Grove, St Albans, was committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months, and ordered to pay £73 compensation after stealing cosmetics worth £73 from Boots at Hoddeson on September 20, and committing a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence made by Hatfield Magistrates’ Court on June 19 for offences of theft on March 12 and May 4.
