Shane Frimley: 31, of Reynards Way, Bricket Wood, was fined £400 and was banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending, after speeding in a Vauxhall Astra van at 49mph along the 30mph Leverstock Green Road, south of Malus Close, Hemel Hempstead, on October 31 2016.
Tony Antoni: 48, of Ashdales, St Albans, was fined £333 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was banned from driving for two months due to repeat offending, after speeding at 87mph in an Audi A4 along the 70mph A10 Great Cambridge Road at Wormley on February 19 and at 94mph on the same road on February 18.
Meena Malde: 57, of Abbey View, Radlett, was fined £57 plus £30 towards victim services and £85 costs and was awarded five penalty points for driving a Honda CR-V without due care and attention on The Cross Path at Radlett, causing damage to another vehicle and failing to stop afterwards, on June 19.
Richard Coelho: 24, of Norris Close, London Colney, was fined £392 plus £85 costs and £39 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points after driving without insurance in Griffiths Way, St Albans, on May 5.
David Herbert: 54, of Bullens Green, Colney Heath, was fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points for refusing to identify the driver using his Audi Coupe when it was involved in a speeding offence on the A602 Broadwall Way in Stevenage on May 12, as required to by Herts Police in Stevenage on June 22.
Selina Keogh: 31, of Goldring Way, London Colney, was fined £220 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points for driving a BMW 1 Series unsupervised with just a provisional licence in Alsop Close, London Colney, on May 5.

Alexandru Rosu: 26, of Holywell Hill, St Albans, was fined £880 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points after driving a Nissen Almera without insurance or a licence in Lemsford Road, St Albans on May 5.
Abdelghani Hamouchi: 40, of Hatfield Road, St Albans, was fined £140 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points for driving a Vauxhall Astra without insurance on the A5183 Park Street, south of Hawfield Gardens, St Albans, on February 1.
Marie Fitzjohn: 39, of Trumpington Drive, St Albans, was ordered to carry out 140 hours unpaid community work and pay costs of £85 and £85 towards victim services after failing to declare she was working and claiming housing benefit, on or about June 23 2014 in St Albans.
Nicholas Matthews: 47, of Camp Road, St Albans, was fined £100 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services after resisting two police constables in the execution of their duty, in Ennerdale Close, St Albans, on October 8.
Shane Jones: 25, of Cockle Way, Shenley, was fined £40 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, after stealing an electric razor worth £89.99 from Boots in St Albans on October 6.
Amber Judge: 20, of Jove Gardens, St Albans, was banned from driving for 17 months and fined £140 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services after giving a breath specimen of 62mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, after driving a Renault Clio in Batchwood Drive, St Albans on October 6.
Gary Fensom: 36, of Tassell Hall, Redbourn, was banned from driving for 16 months and fined £230 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services after giving a blood specimen of 134mg of alcohol per 100ml of blood, after driving a Peugeot 206 in Folly Lane, St Albans, on July 15.
Jaydan Anton: 25, of Cassius Drive, St Albans, was fined £80 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services after being found in possession of three small bags of cannabis in St Albans on May 19.
