Luke Franklin: 22, of Alsop Close, London Colney, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £120 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services after driving a Renault Clio along Burnside Close, Hatfield, on June 9, while under the influence of cannabis.

Martin Collier: 51, of Nuns Lane, Cottonmill, was committed to prison for four months suspended for 12 months, banned from driving for 40 months, and fined £200 plus £85 costs and £115 towards victim services after driving a silver Vauxhall Mokka along Cottonmill Lane, St Albans, on August 28 whilst unfit to drive through drink, and breaching a Sexual Offences Prevention Order made by St Albans Crown Court on November 21 by being along in a public place between the hours of midnight and 6am without the prior written permission of the public protection unit, in St Albans on the same date. He was also fined £200 plus £85 costs after giving a breath specimen of 61mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath in the Colney Fox public house car park, London Colney, on August 23.

Junayed Chowdhury: 20, of Nicholas Close, St Albans, was fined £92 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and awarded six penalty points after allowing his Renault Clio to be driven without insurance in Nicholas Close, St Albans, on March 6.

Vanessa Collard: 29, of Oaklands Lane, Smallford, was fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points after driving a Ford Focus without insurance in St Albans Road, Hatfield, on March 1.

Warren George: 29, of Charrington Place, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points after speeding at 37mph in an Audi A1 along the 30mph A412 Rickmansworth Road, north-east of Cassiobury Park Avenue, Watford, on February 26.

Dean Tomlinson: 55, of Laybrook, Sandridge, was banned from driving for three years and fined £150 plus £50 costs and £30 towards victim services, after driving a Vauxhall Astra along London Road, St Albans, while under the influence of cocaine and morphine, on November 25.

Matthew Lynes: 28, of Hatfield Road, St Albans, was banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending, and was fined £161 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, after driving a Ford Transit at 37mph along the 30mph Leverstock Green Road, east of Pancake Lane, Hemel Hempstead, on November 15.

Fabian Movanu: 23, of Watling Street, Radlett, was banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending, and fined £392 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services after driving an Audi A6 along the A101 in Hatfield without insurance or a licence, on December 26.

Rebecca Liviero: 24, of Napsbury Avenue, London Colney, was fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was awarded eight penalty points for driving without due care and attention in a Volkswagen Polo on February 22. While driving along Bellchambers Close and Cotlandswick in London Colney she rounded a right hand bend and collided with another vehicle, causing damage and injuries to both parties.

Megan Eaglesfield: 25, of Russet Drive, St Albans, was fined £60 plus £30 costs after stealing toiletries worth £7.61 from Superdrug in Watford on July 6. A suspended sentence of eight weeks suspended for 12 months imposed on June 15 was extended to 15 months.

Roy Stallard: 37, of Alder Close, Park Street, was committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months, and ordered to pay £39 compensation, £85 costs and £115 towards victim services after stealing alcohol worth £39 from the Co-op in How Wood, St Albans, on March 30.
