Caio Hinkenickel: 26, of Beverly Gardens, St Albans, was fined £480 plus £85 costs and £48 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points for speeding in excess of 70mph along the northbound carriageway of the A1(M) at J6-7 on February 26.

Mohammed Uddin: 23, of Dellfield, St Albans, was fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points after driving a Mini hatchback Cooper S without insurance in Hill End Lane, St Albans, on December 27.

Tiger Bailey: 21, of Sandridge Road, St Albans, was committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months, ordered to carry out 100 hours unpaid community work, was banned from driving for 30 months, and was fined £120 plus £115 towards victim services and £85 costs after driving a black Vauxhall Corsa without insurance in Exchange Road, Watford, refusing to provide a breath specimen, and being in possession of a lock knife, in Watford town centre on July 7.

Daniel Thomas: 23, of Sleaphyde Lane, Smallford, was banned from driving for 14 months and fined £380 plus £85 costs and £38 towards victim services after giving a breath specimen of 53mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, after driving a BMW 1 Series in Barnet Road, London Colney, on July 9, He was fined a further £380 for being in possession of a quantity of cannabis on the same date.

Conor Bryne: 43, of Centaurus Square, Frogmore, was awarded 10 penalty points and fined £673 plus £85 costs and £67 towards victim services after refusing to provide a breath specimen at Hatfield Police Station on June 3.

Michael McFarland: 51, of Furse Avenue, St Albans, was awarded 10 penalty points, fined £300 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, after refusing to provide a breath specimen for analysis at Hatfield police station on July 16.

Simeon Dacre: 37, of Langley Grove, Sandridge, was committed to prison for 12 weeks and ordered to pay £115 towards victim services after using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress, in St Albans on May 6, stealing items of an unknown value from Sainsbury’s in St Albans on the same date, stealing three bottles of sherry worth £42 from Budgens in St Albans on March 30, stealing five packets of beef steak worth £30 from Budgens in St Albans on April 2, stealing two bottles of sherry worth £28 from Budgens in St Albans on April 5, stealing two bottles of Bells whisky worth £58.50 from the Co-op in Harpenden on March 25, and obstructing a police constable in the execution of her duty in St Albans on February 15.

Karen Dunne: 38, of Langley Grove, Sandridge, was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £30 costs and £23.40 compensation after stealing wine and other food items worth £23.40 from Sainsbury’s in St Albans on July 14.

Myriam Traore: 41, of Bricket Road, St Albans, was given an 18 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £85 costs and £20 towards victim services after stealing various food items, jeans, trousers, a top and shoes worth £67.80 from Sainsbury’s in Watford on July 8, and stealing vodka worth £9 from Tesco in St Albans on April 3.

Simon Speer: 34, of Jodies Court, St Albans, was fined £50 plus £170 compensation and was committed to prison for 28 days suspended for 12 months, after behaving in an indecent manner by being drunk and shouting abusive comments at Hatfield police station, damaging a police vehicle, and assaulting a police constable in the execution of her duty, all in Hatfield on July 13.
