Neil Clifton: 39, of House Lane, Sandridge. was fined £116 plus £115 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 90mph along the 70mph A10 Great Cambridge Road at Wormley on September 12.

Stephen Fowler: 55, of Swallow Lane, St Albans, was fined £58 plus £115 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 37mph along the 30mph Drakes Drive, St Albans, on September 13, and a further £58 and three more points for speeding at 37mph in Drakes Drive later that same day.

Paula Ledge: 38, of The Lawns, Shenley, was fined £660 plus £151 costs and awarded six penalty points for refusing to disclose the identity of the motorist using her vehicle when it was involved in an offence, at Stevenage between September 26 and October 23.

Craig Leroux: 38, of Lowbell Lane, London Colney, was fined £660 plus £151 costs and awarded eight penalty points for driving without insurance in London Road, St Albans, on September 8, and a further £440 for driving without a licence or MOT on the same date.

Naim Welch: 22, of Hazelwood Drive, St Albans, was fined £660 plus £151 costs and awarded six penalty points for refusing to disclose the identity of the motorist using her vehicle when it was involved in an offence, at Stevenage on October 27.

Hayley Bilantz: 42, of Rosemary Drive, London Colneyt, was banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending, and fined £326 plus £117 costs after speeding in excess of a temporary 50mph speed limit on the M1 between J16-17 on July 18.

Sam Barrett: 29, of Cutmore Drive, Colney Heath, was fined £475 plus £124 costs and was awarded six penalty points for driving without an MOT or insurance in London Road, Welwyn Garden City, on June 18.

David Skingle; 35, of Ramsbury Road, St Albans, was banned from driving for 28 days and fined £500 plus £135 costs after speeding at 66mph along the M25 between J25-24 when a temporary 40mph speed limit was in place on April 25 2016.

Maksymilian Wawro: 26, of Pickfords Hill, HArpenden,w as committed to prison for six weeks, made subject to a restraining order until March 30 2019, and was ordered to pay £115 costs after assaulting a woman by beating in Harpenden on January 28, and carrying out a course of conduct which amounted to harassment by sending emails, Facebook messages and visiting his victim’s home, between February 1-4.

Anthony Charlton: 31, of Richard Stagg Close, St Albans, was made subject of a curfew from 7pm-7am until August 3, and ordered to pay £527.83 compensation after stealing a car from Watford on February 16, making off without paying for taxi fares from Watford to his home in St Albans on February 10, March 8 and March 17, and making off without paying for diesel fuel from J Sainsbury’s petrol station at London Colney on February 16.

Paul Villanueva: 32, of Alma Road, St Albans, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £500 plus £135 costs after giving a breath specimen of 40mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in Batchwood Hall Drive, St Albans, on March 19.

Carly Wright: 39, of Cragg Avenue, Radlett, was fined £170 plus £50 costs and was banned from driving for 18 months after refusing to provide a breath specimen at Hatfield police station on February 19, and being in possession of a bag of cannabis in Radlett on February 18. She was also ordered to pay £100 compensation for assaulting two police constables in the execution of their duty on February 18.

Jason Bierman: 43, of Trumpington Drive, St Albans, was banned from driving for 18 months and fined £375 plus £122 costs after giving a breath specimen of 81mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in Old Mill Road, Rickmansworth, on April 2.

Bernardas Buivys: 28, of Station Road, Radlett, was fined £166 plus £115 costs and awarded three penalty points after speeding at 47mph along the 40mph B653 Lower Luton Road, Harpenden, on September 24.
