Sanjeev Banerjee: 44, of Station Road, Harpenden, was fined £819 plus £166 costs and awarded eight penalty points for driving without insurance on the M1 between J9-8 at Hemel Hempstead on July 26. He was fined a further £1,092 for driving with worn tyres, and an additional £273 for driving without an MOT.

Mohammed Uddin: 22, of Dellfield, St Albans, was fined £320 plus £115 costs and awarded six penalty points for taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent, and then driving without insurance, in High Street, London Colney, on January 2. He was fined a further £40 for driving through a red traffic light on the A1081 London Colney roundabout, and another £120 for failing to surrender to custody at Central Herts Magistrates’ Court on February 13.

Cassia Barker: 38, of St Anne’s Road, London Colney, was fined £169 plus £115 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 37mph along the 30mph A412 Rickmansworth Road, Watford, on August 6.

James McCarthy: 77, of Westfields, St Albans, was fined £146 plus £115 costs and awarded three penalty points after speeding at 37mph along the 30mph A4147 Maylands Avenue, Hemel Hempstead, on July 31.

Michael Mulholland: 50, of Cottonmill Lane, St Albans, was fined £293 plus £115 costs and awarded six penalty points after speeding along the 30mph St Albans Road, South Mimms, on April 14.

Keygan Cyrus: 35, of Artisan Crescent, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £115 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 38mph along the 30mph A5183 Park Street, St Albans, on August 17.

Kieran Knight: 21, of Hemel Hempstead Road, Redbourn, was fined £122 plus £115 costs and awarded three penalty points for driving with only a provisional licence, without L plates and while carrying a passenger, and with no MOT, on the A5 at Flamstead on August 7.

Paddy Millar: 19, of Shottfield Close, Sandridge, was fined £220 plus £115 costs for driving without a seatbelt in House Lane, Sandridge, on August 6.

Stephanie Monnier: 34, of Wistlea Crescent, Colney Heath, was fined £660 plus £151 costs and awarded six penalty points for failing to disclose the identity of the motorist using her vehicle when it was involved in an offence, at Stevenage on November 21.

Elizabeth Reimmy: 44, of Lavender Crescent, St Albans, was fined £57 plus £115 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 48mph along the 40mph A1057 Hatfield Road, near Wilkins Green Lane, St Albans, on August 20.

Joseph Robb: 22, trading as St Albans Drives, of Nickies Farm, St Albans, was fined £660 plus £151 costs and awarded six penalty points for failing to disclose the identity of the motorist using her vehicle when it was involved in an offence, at Stevenage between September 16 and October 13.

Christopher Vernall: 30, of Newsom Place, St Albans, was fined £70 plus £115 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 37mph along the 30mph A1057 Hatfield Road, east of Beechwood Avenue, St Albans, on August 22.

John Balston: 92, of The Broadway, Wheathampstead, was fined £75 plus £115 costs and awarded three penalty points for driving without due care and attention in Lamer Lane, Wheathampstead, colliding with pedal cyclist travelling around the roundabout at the junction with Corywright Way, causing him a broker collar bone and rib, on July 31.

Mizalnur Rahman: 27, of Dellfield, St Albans, was ordered to carry out 100 hours unpaid community work, pay £170 costs, and was awarded six penalty points after driving while disqualified and without insurance in Dellfield, St Albans, on January 18.

Nicola Dulin: 49, of St Lawrence Way, Bricket Wood, was fined £40 plus £115 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 40mph along the 30mph A412 Scots Hill, Rickmansworth, on June 2.

Michael Dubowitz: 52, of Southdown Road, Harpenden, was fined £923 plus £177 costs and awarded five penalty points for driving without due care and attention on Southdown Road on June 20, colliding with a pedestrian using the zebra crossing and causing her to suffer fractured ribs.

Russell Ginder: 30, of Lye Lane, Bricket Wood, was fined £170 plus £115 costs and awarded 10 penalty points while being in charge of a car in Borehamwood while unfit through drink, and being in possession of a small bag of cannabis, both on December 29. He was also fined a further £120 for pursuing a course of harassment by making multiple phone calls in St Albans on December 28.

Istvan Takacs: 47, of Christchurch Close, St Albans, was fined £184 plus £115 costs and awarded 10 penalty points after giving a breath specimen of 59mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in Sainsbury’s car park, St Albans, on February 21.
