Callum Walsh: 18, of Reynolds Crescent, Sandridge, was committed to prison for 26 weeks suspended for two years and ordered to pay £100 compensation and £415 costs after being found in possession of a bag of herbal cannabis, assaulting a man by beating, resisting a police constable in the execution of his duty, and assaulting two police constables in the execution of their duty, in St Albans on October 3, and assaulting a woman by beating and two police constables in the execution of their duty, and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour causing harassment, alarm or distress, in St Albans on November 27. He was fined a further £50 for being in possession of cannabis resin on August 24.

Andrew Niven: 38, of Scrubbitts Square, Radlett, was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £50 compensation and £220 costs after assaulting two police constables in the execution of their duty, at Radlett on June 8.

Gary Brooks: 51, of Radlett Road, Frogmore, was banned from driving for 36 months after giving a blood sample showing cocaine and benzoylecgonine in his blood, and was fined £200 plus £115 costs after being found in possession of 11 wraps of cocaine in The Uplands, St Albans on September 30.

Samuel Rolnick: 48, of Station Road, Radlett, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £120 plus £115 costs after giving a breath specimen of 46mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in Station Road, Radlett, on January 18.

Kamil Nosal: 22, of Springfield Road, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £5.70 compensation and £155 costs after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection at St Albans station on October 30.

Mark Weekes: 39, of Therfield Road, St Albans. was committed to prison for 12 weeks and ordered to pay £115 costs after failing to notify the police of a change of address under the terms of the Sexual Offences Act 2003, at Hatfield on January 1.

Lee Gardner: 47, of Lattimore Road, St Albans, was ordered to carry out 60 hours unpaid community work, was made subject to a restraining order until July 25, and was fined £93 plus £110 costs after contacting someone using abusive and offensive language which amount to breach of a restraining order, in St Albans on January 3, and using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress, on the same date.

Stewart McGregor: 37, of Newsom Place, St Albans, was ordered to carry out 40 hours unpaid community work, have treatment for alcohol dependency for 18 months, made subject to a restraining order until January 25 2018, and ordered to pay £25 compensation and £85 costs after assaulting a woman by beating in St Albans on December 22.

Jonathan Beveridge: 57, of Wheatfield Avenue, Harpenden, was banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending, and fined £500 plus £135 costs after speeding at 39mph along the 30mph A5183 Frogmore, St Albans, on March 31.

Romy Bukowski: 37, of Avenue Road, St Albans, was fined £40 plus £30 costs and awarded three penalty points for driving without due care and attention at the BP Petrol Station in Verulam Road, St Albans, on June 27.

Michelle Hunt: 25, of High Oaks, St Albans, was committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months, ordered to have treatment for alcohol dependency for six months, banned from driving for 31 months, and ordered to pay £100 compensation and £200 costs after giving a breath specimen of 129mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in Primrose Hill, Kings Langley, on December 15, and resisting and assaulting a police constable in the execution of his duty.
