Khaleeq Urehman: 38, of Brampton Road, St Albans, was committed to prison for 16 weeks, ordered to pay £200 costs and was banned from driving for three years after taking a vehicle without consent in Stevenage on August 24, driving while disqualified and without insurance in Grace Way, Stevenage, on the same date, and refusing to provide a blood specimen and being in possession of a wrap of heroin, also in Stevenage on the same date.

Laura Rafferty: 42, of York Road, St Albans, was fined £40 plus £60 costs and awarded three penalty points for driving at 37mph along the 30mph Leverstock Green Road at Hemel Hempstead on February 2.

Harry Shipton: 21, of Trowley Bottom, Flamstead, was fined £220 plus £107 costs and awarded three penalty points for driving through a no entry sign onto the Dunstable Road at Redbourn from the A5183, on February 4.

Rebecca Sawiuk: 27, of Avian Avenue, St Albans, was fined £133 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 61mph along the M25 between J24-23 when a 50mph temporary speed limit was in place, on February 3.

Gary Sandell: 45, of Aplins Close, Harpenden, was fined £436 plus £128 costs and awarded six penalty points after speeding at 76mph along the M25 between J24-23 when a 50mph temporary speed limit was in place, on February 4.

Roy Stallard: 36, of Alder Close, Park Street, was fined £40 plus £70 costs after stealing food worth £5.90 from Sainsbury’s in St Albans on May 22.

Luke Ward: 28, of Wren Close, Kimpton, was committed to prison for six weeks and ordered to pay £200 costs after stealing alcohol worth £38 from Tesco in Stevenage on August 18.

Kevin Smith: 53, of Park Street, Watling Street, was banned from driving for 28 months and fined £200 plus £115 costs after giving a breath specimen of 117mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in Doggetts Way, St Albans, on August 16.

Aaron Beeson: 26, of Folly Avenue, St Albans, was banned from driving for 14 months and fined £60 plus £320 costs after giving a blood specimen which showed the proportion of controlled drugs, namely benzoylecgonine and cocaine, exceeded the specified limit , after driving in London Road, St Albans, on March 25.

Jake Matthews: 22, of Hazelwood Drive, St Albans, was banned from driving for 14 months and fined £400 plus £125 costs after giving a blood speciment which showed the proportion of controlled drugs, namely benzoylecgonine, exceeded the specified limit , after driving in Highfield Park Drive, St Albans, on May 9.

Paddy Miller: 19, of Shottfield Close, Sandridge, was fined £120 plus £115 costs after being found in possession of three bags of cannabis in St Albans on August 4.

Alexander Wallace: 26, of Palfrey Close, St Albans, was fined £460 plus £131 costs after being found in possession of four and a half tablets of MDMA in Hemel Hempstead on June 12.

Niall O’Hara: 43, of Folly Lane, St Albans, was fined £660 plus £151 costs and awarded eight penalty points for permitting the use of his vehicle without insurance, between J19-20 on the M25, on February 9.

Jeremy Bogush: 47, of Edgbaston Drive, Shenley, was fined £80 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 40mph along the 30mph A412 Rickmansworth Road, Watford, on January 28.

Stuart Love: 33, of Hemel Hempstead Road, Redbourn, was fined £165 plus £105 costs after speeding at 80mph along the M25 between J16-23 when a variable speed limit of 60mph was in place on January 28.

Peter Lewis: 40, of Valley Road, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £107 costs and awarded three penalty points after speeding at 38mph along the 30mph A411 Hempstead Road at Watford on February 9.

Jerry McCann: 27, of Meadowside, Park Street, was fined £660 plus £151 costs and awarded six penalty points after driving without insurance in Farringford Close, St Albans, on January 27.

Robert Oliver: 32, of Brooklands Court, St Albans, was fined £250 plus £110 costs and awarded six penalty points for driving without insurance on the A1001 Comet Way, Hatfield, on January 29.

Milton Vambe: 46, of The Berries, Sandridge, was given a six month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £15 costs after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection at Stevenage station on April 9.

Shilpara Khatun: 39, of Tassell Hall, Redbourn, was fined £300 plus £115 costs for fraudulently obtaining housing benefit from St Albans council between May 12 2014 and February 8 2015, and fraudulently obtaining income support between May 7 2014 and February 3 2015, after failing to disclose full and accurate details of household income.
