James Bullen: 39, of Blackhorse Lane, Redbourn, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £1,250 plus £210 costs after refusing to provide a breath specimen at Hatfield on June 10.
Charles Roberts: 21, of Sun Lane, Harpenden, was banned from driving for 14 months and fined £450 plus £130 costs after giving a breath specimen of 43mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in Old Rectory Close, Harpenden, on July 10.
David Field: 35, of Cotlandswick, London Colney, was ordered to carry out 240 hours unpaid community work, was banned from driving for six months, and fined £165 plus £145 costs after driving without insurance in Grassingham Road, Chalfont St Peter, resisting two police constable in the execution of their duty, both on March 29, and failing to surrender to custody at High Wycombe Magistrates Court on May 10.

Fabio Bima: of The Ridgeway, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £107 costs and awarded three penalty points after speeding at 62mph along the M25 between J23-24 when there was a 50mph speed limit in place on December 10.
Nichola Easton: 36, of Cannon Street, St Albans, was fined £440 plus £129 costs and awarded four penalty points for speeding at 43mph along the 30mph Leverstock Green Road at Hemel Hempstead on December 8. She was fined a further £220 plus £107 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 41mph along the same road, also on December 8
Martin Maloney: 23, of Laxton Gardens, Shenley, was fined £220 plus £107 costs after driving without a seatbelt and using a Ford Fiesta fitted with a blue warning beacon, in Shenley Road, Borehamwood, on December 10.
Fiona Reidy: 33, of Park Street Lane, Park Street, was fined £40 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 38mph along the 30mph A5183 Frogmore, St Albans, on December 8.
Mustapha Sefiane: 38, of Creighton Avenue, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £107 costs and awarded three penalty points for driving without L plates or with a qualified supervisor in the passenger seat, on the M1 between J8-9 at Hemel Hempstead on December 11.
Robert Smith: 36, of Park View Close, St Albans, was fined £660 plus £151 costs and awarded six penalty points for failing to disclose the identity of the motorist using his vehicle when it was involved in an offence, at Stevenage between January 29 and February 25.
Philippa Havard: 55, of Hopkins Crescent, Sandridge, was fined £220 plus £107 costs after driving with an expired licence along London Road, St Albans, on December 16.
Kerry Lowe: 54, of High Street, Markyate, was fined £80 plus £20 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 37mph along the 30mph Leverstock Green Road, Hemel Hempstead, on December 17.
Damian Newby: 36, of Benbow Close, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £105 costs and was awarded three penalty points for speeding at 48mph along the 40mph A602 Broadhall Way, east of the A1072 Gunnels Wood Road, at Stevenage on December 15.
Monika Wysocka: 34, of Beresford Road, St Albans, was fined £338 plus £118 costs and awarded six penalty points for speeding at 54mph along the 30mph B5378 Allum Lane at Borehamwood on December 13.
Tom Davies: 35, of Upper Lattimore Road, St Albans, was committed to prison for three months - the offence having been committed 10 days after the imposition of a suspended sentence and while subject to a community order - and instructed to pay £80 costs after stealing two bottles of wine worth £20 from Marks & Spencer in St Albans on April 2, and including his original suspended sentence for stealing three handbags worth £610 from Kurt Geiger in St Albans on March 22.
Beverly Shearon: 49, of Lycaste Close, Dellfield, St Albans, was fined £65 plus £115 costs for stealing jewellery and clothing worth £35.50 belonging to Sainsbury’s in St Albans on June 24.
Nicola Emmins: 35, of Radlett Road, Frogmore, was fined £40 plus £115 costs for assaulting a man by beating in St Albans on June 20, and a further £80 fine and £20 compensation for destroying two bottles of wine on the same date.
Richard O’Sullivan: 53, of Grosvenor Road, St Albans, was made subject to a curfew from 9pm-8am daily until October 7, and was ordered to pay £50 compensation and £170 costs after assaulting a man by beating at St Albans on June 2.
