Dean Jones: 26, of Ladies Grove, St Albans, was banned from driving for 24 months and fined £750 plus £160 costs after giving a breath specimen of 99mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in Verulam Road, St Albans, on February 20.

Benjamin Brown: 25, of Brecken Close, St Albans, was banned from driving for 17 months and fined £465 plus £105 costs after giving a breath specimen of 62mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, and without a licence or insurance, in House Lane, St Albans, on February 22.

Taner Kilinc: 35, of Toulmin Drive, St Albans, was banned from driving for 36 months and fined £600 plus £145 costs after giving a breath specimen of 55mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in Verulam Road, St Albans, on February 14.

Benjamin Homer: of Norris Close, London Colney, was fined £200 plus £105 costs and was awarded three penalty points for using a handheld mobile phone while driving on the M25 between J24-23 on September 9.

Patrick O’Tammelin: 26, of Norris Close, London Colney, was fined £135 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for driving without a licence in Roehyde Way, Hatfield, on September 3.

Kathryn Newport: 50, of Barns Dene, Harpenden, was fined £265 plus £112 costs and awarded five penalty points for driving in excess of 30mph on the Lower Luton Road at Wheathampstead on August 11.

Sarah Paulsen: 45, of Holywell Hill, St Albans, was fined £600 plus £125 costs and awarded six penalty points for driving without due care and attention in Lemsford Road, St Albans, on August 20, cutting across a cyclist and causing damage to the bicycle and slight injury, and for driving without an MOT and licence on the same date.

Nicole Kelly: 33, of Russell Court, Bricket Wood, was fined £95 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 37mph along the 30mph A5183 Park Street, St Albans, on September 6.

Fiona Dodd: 39, of Meadway, Colney Heath, was fined £100 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 40mph along the 30mph Shenley Road at Borehamwood on September 2.

Jayne Knight: 49, of Hemel Hempstead Road, Redbourn, was fined £100 plus £60 costs and awarded eight penalty points for driving without insurance on the B487 Hemel Hempstead Road at Redbourn on June 27.

Michael Stevens: 54, of Park Street Lane, Park Street, was fined £185 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 38mph along the 30mph Mutton Lane, Potters Bar, on August 10.

Anderson Andrew: 43, of Wells Close, St Albans, was committed to prison for 22 weeks, banned from driving for three years and ordered to pay £80 costs for driving while disqualified and without insurance, obstructing a police constable in the execution of his duty by trying to concel his identity, in Euston Avenue, Watford, on February 15, and failing to surrender to custody at St Albans Magistrates’ Court on March 6.

John Dunworth: 59, of Watling Street, Radlett, was banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending, and fined 3190 plus £105 costs after speeding at 39mph along the 30mph B5378 Allum Lane at Borehamwood on August 17.

Sean Reeves: 27, of Ashwell Park, Harpenden, was fined £80 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for driving without a licence in St Michael’s Drive, Watford on August 28.

Craig Robinson: 32, of Westminster Court, St Albans, was fined £600 plus £145 costs and awarded six penalty points for failing to disclose the identity of a driver using his vehicle between September 19 and October 17.

Adrian Zawis: 30, of Trumpington Drive, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 37mph along the 30mph Drakes Drive, St Albans, on September 19.

George Barratt: 23, of Dellfield, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £4 compensation and £140 costs for entering a train without a valid ticket to travel, near Elstree and Borehamwood on November 13.

Kerry Mead: 38, of Mount Pleasant, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £3.40 compensation and £150 costs for failing to hand over a value ticket for inspection at Watford Junction on September 26.

Georgina Nash: 34, of Cassius Drive, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £105 costs for stealing assorted food items worth £237.39 belonging to Sainsbury’s in London Colney on January 27.

John Gilmartin: 59, of Upper Lattimore Road, St Albans, was fined £40 and ordered to pay £15 compensation after stealing a purse at Hemel Hempstead railway station on October 4.

Fiona Cunningham: 26, of Watling Street, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £3.80 compensation and £140 costs for failing to hand over a ticket for inspection at St Albans station on November 19.

Michelle Taylor: 44, of Shottfield Close, Sandridge, was given an 18 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £45 costs after stealing two packs of beer belonging to Tesco in St Albans on March 14. She was also given an 18 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £100 costs after stealing various household and food items worth £430.39 belonging to Sainsbury’s supermarket in London Colney on February 23, and fragrances worth £47.99 from Boots the chemist in London Colney on February 23.

Mark Smith: 38, of Shottfield Close, Sandridge, was given an 18 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £100 costs after stealing various household and food items worth £430.39 belonging to Sainsbury’s supermarket in London Colney on February 23.
