Stacey Bennett: 32, of Grove Avenue, Harpenden, was fined £200 plus £140 costs for using a television without a licence at the above address on June 25.
Stefn Marsh: 31, of Admirals Walk, St Albans, was fined £73 plus £70 costs for possessing a ball of cannabis at Hatfield on October 25.
Ryan Rossiter: 22, of Temple View, St Albans, was ordered to participate in a Drink Wise programme for five days and a Thinking Skills programme for 18 days, and pay £50 compensation and £145 costs after carrying out an assault occasioning actual bodily harm, at St Albans on July 12.
Paul Monaghan: 41, of High Street, London Colney, was ordered to have treatment for alcohol dependency for 12 months and pay £75 compensation and £310 costs for assaulting a woman by beating at St Albans on August 18.
Mark Connell: 41, of Noke Shot, Harpenden, was fined £110 plus £105 costs for breaching a restraining order in St Albans on November 7. He was fined a further £128 plus £20 costs for a breach between November 14-16.
Jake Clay: 18, of Perrycoste Court, St Albans, was ordered to carry out 40 hours unpaid community work and pay costs of £145 after being found in possession of a knuckleduster at The Forum nightclub in Hatfield on October 18.
Harry Stanley: 18, of London Road, St Albans, was fined £35 plus £78/60 compensation and £20 costs after making off without paying for a taxi fare from London to Watford of £78.60, at Watford on October 31, and another 335 for failing to surrender to custody at Central Herts Magistrates' Court on November 21.
Sarah Jennings: 28, of Roman Way, Markyate, was banned from driving for 14 months and fined £120 plus £105 costs after giving a breath specimen of 124mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, at Markyate on July 23.
Sian Wright: 24, of Old Watford Road, Bricket Wood, was banned from driving for 15 months and fined £255 plus £111 costs after giving a breath specimen of 57mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in High Street, Kings Langley, on November 9.
Paul Clark: of Waldegrave Park, Harpenden, was fined £400 plus £1,020.84 vehicle excise back duty and £50 costs for keeping an unlicensed vehicle at the above address on July 25, with the previous licence having expired on October 31 2009.
Abu-Bakr Shaikh: 25, of Sutton Road, St Albans, was fined £300 plus £57.50 compensation and £90 costs for keeping an unlicensed vehicle at Hedley Road, St Albans, on September 28.
Simon Wilmott: of Camp Road, St Albans, was fined £200 and ordered to pay £71.25 compensation and £90 costs for keeping an unlicensed vehicle at the above address on September 28.
Sean Coelho: 20, of Rendlesham Avenue, Radlett, was fined £275 plus £528 costs for taking a vehicle without the owner's consent, at Radlett on February 16.
Gillian Tate: 46, of Caledon Road, London Colney, was fined £80 plus £20 costs and awarded three penalty points for driving while using a hand-held mobile phone along London Road, St Albans, on May 13.
Victoria Crosby: 31, of Hyde View Road, Harpenden, was fined £535 plus £138 costs and awarded five penalty points after speeding at 48mph along Valley Road, Welwyn Garden City, on May 24.
Robert Dunham: 45, of Loire Mews, Harpenden, was fined £180 plus £105 costs and three penalty points for driving without a licence, tax disc or MOT in Galley Lane, Borehamwood, on May 20.
Katherine Bird: 41, of Wickets End, Shenley, was fined £400 plus £105 costs for driving without a tax disc and MOT in Radlett Lane, St Albans, on May 31.
Harry Knighton: 34, of Lemsford Road, St Albans, was fined £350 plus £120 costs and awarded six penalty points for driving without insurance in High Street, Harpenden, on April 29.
George Barrett: 53, of Beeching Close, Harpenden, was fined £184 plus £105 costs and was banned from driving for six months for driving without insurance, an MOT or tax disc in St Albans Road, Harpenden, on May 29.
Nirsharahmad Ammeer: 30, of Cotswold Close, St Albans, was fined £100 plus £20 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 40mph along the 30mph A5183 Park Street, St Albans, on May 24.
