Christopher Brady: 24, of Cagepond Road, Shenley, was fined £50 plus £30 costs after being found in posession of a joint of cannabis in Cagepond Road, Shenley, on October 28.

Anna Adams: 19, of Oliver Close, Park Street, was committed to prison for three months suspended for 12 months, and ordered to pay £215 costs after being found in possession of an offensive weapon, namely a steak knife, in a public place, namely Park Street Lane, St Albans, on September 19.

Craig Sutherland: 39, of Townsend Avenue, St Albans, was committed to prison for 10 weeks and ordered to pay £100 compensation after using racially aggravated threatening, abusive or insulting words or behavour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress, towards a police office at Watford Hospital on April 11, and a police office in St Albans on April 10. He was also ordered to pay a further £341 compensation for stealing Champagne from St Albans Tesco on April 25, and £300 compensation for smearing faeces over a cell at Hatfield Police Station on May 23.

David Jones: 26, of Cotlandswick, London Colney, was given a six month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £30 costs after being found in possession of a wrap of cannabis in St Albans on July 22.

Chris Cairncross: 28, of Grosvenor Road, St Albans, was fined £50 plus £170 costs after sending an email which he knew to be false for the purpose of causing annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety to another, in St Albans on September 18.

Daniel Thomas: 23, of Sleapshyde Lane, Smallford, was fined £300 plus £333.99 plus £85 costs afor damaging garden furniture in Wistlea Crescent, Colney Heath, on September 9, fined a further £265 for being in possession of a small bag of cannabis at the A414 Colney Heath on September 9, fined £400 plus £40 costs for using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress at Lister Hospital, Stevenage, on September 10, and fined a further £135 plus four penalty points for driving without a licence on the A414 London Colney on September 9.

Nicholas Tunstall: 42, of Noke Shot, Harpenden, was fined £80 plus £115 costs for failing to enter his address details in the registration documents of two Ford Transit vans he purchased on September 6.

Amer Iqbal: 23, of Abbots Avenue West, St Albans, was fined £120 plus £50 compensation and £115 costs after using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress, towards a PCSO in St Albans on October 15.

Bernard Ferdinand: 54, of Marlborough Road, St Albans, was made subject to a restraining order until May 1 2017, and was fined £150 plus £75 compensation and £230 costs after assaulting a woman by beating in St Albans on July 30, and a further £40 fine for damaging a windscreen in Luton, Beds, on July 28.

Alexander Mumford: 29, of Martin House, St Albans, was fined £40 for assaulting a woman by beating and stealing her bank card in Hatfield on May 20, and a further £120 plus £150 costs for being in possession of a lock knife in a public place, on May 21, also in Hatfield.

Thomas Johnson: 24, of Doggetts Way, St Albans, was fined £880 plus £151 costs and awarded eight penalty points for driving without insurance and no MOT in Vesta Avenue, St Albans, on April 6.

Matthew Browne: 26, of Milford Hill, Harpenden, was fined £660 plus £151 costs and awarded six penalty points for failing to disclose the identity of the motorist using his vehicle when it was involved in an offence, between April 22 and May 19 at Stevenage.

Sabrina Karuthasami: 35, of St Vincent Drive, St Albans, was fined £660 plus £151 costs and awarded six penalty points for failing to disclose the identity of the motorist using his vehicle when it was involved in an offence, between April 19 and May 16 at Stevenage.

Anthony Keating: 49, of Harper Lane, Shenley, was fined £440 plus £129 and awarded four penalty points after speeding at 43mph along 30mph Shenley Lane, London Colney, on April 11.

Matthew Durant: 35, of Wingate Way, St Albans, was banned from driving for 21 months and fined £418 plus £127 costs after giving a breath specimen of 85mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, in Beechwood Avenue, St Albans, on October 31.

Keeley-Marie Power: 21, of Langley Crescent, St Albans, was made subject to a restraining order until November 2 2017, and fined £200 plus £170 costs after assaulting a man by beating in Hatfield on August 28.
