Teresa Pearson: 26, of West View Road, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £11.60 compensation and £145 costs after entering a train for the purpose of travelling without a valid ticket, en route near Elstree and Borehamwood on January 28.
Alexander Mawhinney: 21, of Middle Lodge, Kimpton, was fined £220 plus £16.90 compensation and £155 costs after entering a train for the purpose of travelling without a valid ticket, en route near St Albans on April 25.
Russell Bracegirdle: 28, of Catherine Street, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £16.90 compensation and £175 costs after altering a train ticket with intent that the operator should be defrauded or prejudiced, en route near St Albans station on April 22. He was fined a further £220 for entering a train for the purpose of travelling without a valid ticket.
Kirk Darratt: 30, of Newcome Road, Shenley, was fined £40 plus £11.60 compensation and £60 costs after entering a train for the purpose of travelling without a valid ticket, at St Albans on May 16.
Isis Anders: 19, of Piggotshill Lane, Harpenden, was fined £220 plus £7.30 compensation and £155 costs after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection at Elstree and Borehamwood station on April 27.
Callum Butler: 20, of Aldwick Road, Harpenden, was fined £120 plus £200 compensation and £115 costs after damaging a window belonging to Snips of Harpenden barber shop in Harpenden on August 20.

Verinder Rajput: 45, of New Kent Road, St Albans, was fined £100 plus £115 costs after using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress, at St Albans on August 18.
Baber Choudhry: 39, of Hatfield Road, St Albans, was fined £461 plus £131 costs and was awarded three penalty points for speeding at 61mph along the M25 between J120-19 when a temporary 50mph speed limit was in place, on February 10.
Gabriel Soare: 23, of Lye Lane, Bricket Wood, was fined £660 plus £151 costs and awarded eight penalty points for driving without insurance in Tolpits Lane, Watford, on February 11.
Timothy Stapleton: 50, of Alder Close, Park Street, was fined £220 plus £107 costs for driving otherwise in accordance with a licence authorising him to drive a vehicle of that class, in Camp Road, St Albans, on February 16.
Emrah Uygun: 33, Belmont Hill, St Albans, was fined £1,100 plus £151 costs and awarded eight penalty points for driving without insurance or MOT, and unsupervised with no L plates while only possessing a provisonal licence, on the A5 at Flamstead on February 14.
Jan Zerdka: 30, of London Road, St Albans, was fined £226 plus £107 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 72mph along the M25 between J20-19 when a 60mph speed limit was in place on February 15.
