A festive sing-along will be held in St Albans Cathedral this Christmas to offer a break from the stresses of shopping.

The Cathedral will be holding ‘Carols on the Hour’ on Saturday December 21 between 11am-4pm.

The event will feature six carol services in one day and everyone is invited to get into the spirit of Christmas and sing some hymns.

The Cathedral choir will be singing uplifting Christmas carols and each service will last half an hour.

The free event attracted over 3,000 shoppers, families and visitors last year, and you do not need a ticket to attend.
