Police were called to Barclays Bank in St Peters Street, St Albans, at around 2pm this afternoon (Tuesday) where a robbery is believed to have taken place. It is thought that a security van may have been targeted but police are unable to provide any more

Police were called to Barclays Bank in St Peters Street, St Albans, at around 2pm this afternoon (Tuesday) where a robbery is believed to have taken place.

It is thought that a security van may have been targeted but police are unable to provide any more details at this stage. Officers have cordoned off the area outside of the bank.
