SMALLFORD: A stolen lorry was torched on Monday night.

Firefighters were called to the scene in Smallford Lane at around 11.30pm and found flames engulfing the cab of the 7.5-tonne vehicle, which had been stolen from a nursery in Henfield, Sussex.

Herts Police are treating the incident as arson while police in Sussex are investigating the theft. Anyone with information should call 0845 33 00 222.
