A ORNAMENTAL statue has been stolen from the entrance of a property in Harpenden.
The concrete falcon measuring 2ft 6ins was taken from the top of a brick gate pillar outside a house in Cross Lane between 12pm on June 17 and 10am on June 18.
Police have released an image of a statue similar to the one stolen as they appeal to members of the public for help in catching the culprit.
Anyone who was in the area between those times and saw anything suspicious, or who has any information, should contact Herts Police on 0845 3300 222. Alternatively, call Crimestoppers, the independent charity, anonymously on 0800 555111, and you could be entitled to a cash reward.
