Are you doing anything special for the Royal Wedding on Saturday? Then we want to hear from you!

Whether it’s a street party, a fancy dress bash, an event at your school, a group of your friends watching Harry and Meghan on TV - we want your videos, stories, and pictures.

When Prince William and Kate Middleton wed in 2011, Abbey Primary School staged a pretend wedding at St Albans Abbey, officiated by the sub-dean, and Bernards Heath Infant School staged two mock weddings of their own. There were also more than 60 street parties in St Albans and Harpenden, featuring food and live music. The number of street parties outdid all other parts of the county.

So if you’ve got something exciting planned for the special day, please send us details and pictures to hertsad@archant.co.uk and we’ll feature the best in the paper.
