A QUESTION and answer session with LibDem Leader Nick Clegg has been arranged for people living in the St Albans district.

Mr Clegg is inviting local residents to quiz him at a meeting on August 27, which will start at 7pm at the Marlborough Road Methodist Church in St Albans city centre.

Chaired by local LibDem parliamentary candidate Sandy Walkington, the meeting is open to everyone and people will be encouraged to discuss everything from fixing the economy to rebuilding trust in politics.

Mr Clegg said of the event: "I'm looking forward to having a discussion with the people of St Albans about problems they're facing, the questions they have about global and national issues and how together we can solve them.
