A MAN who indecently exposed himself in St Albans this week is wanted by the police.
The incident took place on Tuesday just before 4pm on the Old Harpenden Road in St Albans when a man, who was standing close to a wooded area on the road, pulled his trousers down to expose himself.
The man was described as white, around 5ft 8ins tall, of grubby appearance and in his mid to late 30s. He had a round, unshaven face with a large nose, small eyes and jet-black cropped hair.
The man was reported to be wearing a close fitting grey/blue fleece with a five inch thick black horizontal band around the middle under his arms.

Investigating officer Detective Sergeant Jason Finnegan said: "We are treating this incident very seriously and I am appealing to anyone who may recognise the man described or who may have been in the area at the time and saw anything suspicious."
