St Albans pensioners seriously injured in Leeds car crash
AN ELDERLY man and woman from St Albans sustained serious injuries in a car accident near Leeds on Saturday. The 89-year-old man and 91-year-old woman were travelling in a Honda Jazz when it was in collision with another car at a junction in Pool-in-Wharf
AN ELDERLY man and woman from St Albans sustained serious injuries in a car accident near Leeds on Saturday.
The 89-year-old man and 91-year-old woman were travelling in a Honda Jazz when it was in collision with another car at a junction in Pool-in-Wharfedale, at around 11.30am.
Both of them were rushed to Leeds General Infirmary with serious injuries.
The woman is currently in a critical condition and the man is stable.

The driver and passenger in the other vehicle, a Rover 25, sustained injuries which were not life-threatening.
North West Leeds police are appealing for witnesses to the collision.
