A range of stalls and children’s activities were laid on at a garden party to mark the anniversary of a nursing and residential home.
A magician and a variety of food and wine were on also on offer along with music from the Legends tribute show at the party to celebrate 20 years of Verulam House in St Albans.
The Mayor of St Albans, Cllr Frances Leonard, joined around 150 guests
The owner of Verulam House, Dr Damian Tominey, said: “A fantastic day of celebrations took place and it was a fabulous day.
“Strawberries and cream Pimm’s were available and the excellent afternoon weather made the whole day a great success.”
