St Albans man wanted in connection with alleged kidnapping
A 23-YEAR-OLD man from St Albans is wanted by police in connection with an alleged kidnapping. Police are appealing for information on the whereabouts of Mohammed Shakeel Ashraf, of Camp Road, who may have been involved in a kidnapping in Cell Barnes Lane
A 23-YEAR-OLD man from St Albans is wanted by police in connection with an alleged kidnapping.
Police are appealing for information on the whereabouts of Mohammed Shakeel Ashraf, of Camp Road, who may have been involved in a kidnapping in Cell Barnes Lane between 4pm and 4.30pm on December 3.
Two people - 19-year-old Qadoos Ahmed of Cell Barnes Lane and a 17-year-old boy from St Albans - have been charged in connection with the investigation and a 16-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of kidnap and released on bail.
The alleged victim involved in the kidnap, a teenager from Luton, has been returned home safe and well.
