She also failed to stop following the accident, in which damage was caused and then failed to report the accident at a police station within 24 hours, in St Albans on August 28. Kevin Kilcoyne: 53, of Craigwell Avenue, Radlett. Drove a Mercedes without insurance on the A5135 Elstree Way at Borehamwood on September 12. Fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services. Driving record endorsed with six penalty points.

Assaulted a woman by beating in Hemel Hempstead on November 10, having breached a non-molestation order imposed on April 6 2018 by attending an address in Hemel Hempstead on May 27 2018. Assaulted three police constables in the execution of their duty at Hemel Hempstead and Hatfield on November 10. Failed to surrender to custody at St Albans magistrates' court on January 22. Breached a community order made by West and Central Herts magistrates' court on May 11 2018 for assaulting a police constable in the execution of his duty and using racially aggravated threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour which caused harassment, alarm or distress, in St Albans and Hatfield on April 8 2018. Assaulted a police constable acting in the execution of her duty at Hemel Hempstead on December 31. Committed to prison for 13 weeks suspended for 12 months, ordered to have treatment for alcohol dependency for six months and participate in a Thinking Skills programme for 20 days.
