Stephanie Cousins: 44, of Down Edge, Redbourn. Drove a Toyota Prius in Redbourn Road, Hemel Hempstead, on March 13, while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence, without insurance and having consumed so much alcohol that the proportion in her breath was 67mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath. Ordered to attend 25 days of rehabilitation activity appointments before May 13 2020, fined £120 plus £85 costs and £85 towards victim services. Disqualified from driving for 38 months.

Cezary Angilski: 35, of Dellfield, St Albans. Drove a Mercedes van in Everard Close, St Albans, on March 28, while not holding a licence and without insurance. Fined £200 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services. Driving record endorsed with seven penalty points.

John Gilmartin: 63, of Beeching Close, Harpenden. Stole several food and drink items worth £26.75 from the Co-op in Harpenden on March 6. Fined £40 plus £30 towards victim services. Fined a further £40 and ordered to pay £145 costs and £30 towards victim services for stealing a television worth £145 from Sainsbury's in Harpenden on October 8 and alcohol worth £10 from the same store on October 9.

Stuart Wilson: 46, of High Street, Redbourn. Sent text messages and emails which were pestering and harassing, in breach of a non-molestation order made by Watford Family Court on February 19. Fined £480 plus £85 costs and £48 towards victim services.

Lawrence Elliott: 89, of Grove Road, Harpenden. Drove a Vauxhall Astra without due care and attention at the roundabout at the junction of Sandpit Lane and House Lane, St Albans, on September 27, failing to afford precedence to a vehicle already manoeuvering around the roundabout and causing a collision. He also failed to stop following the accident and report it at a police station within 24 hours. Fined £160 plus £40 costs and £30 towards victim services. Driving record endorsed with five penalty points.

Harry Woods: 23, of Old Field Road, London Colney. Had in her possession an amount of cannabis in Borehamwood on November 20. Fined £153 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services.

Storm Emin: 35, of Leycroft Way, Harpenden. Drove an Audi A3 in Vaughan Road, Harpenden, on March 24 having consumed so much alcohol that the proportion in her breath was 40mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Ordered to pay £85 costs and £20 towards victim services.

Martin Maloney: 26, of Laxton Gardens, Shenley.

Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by West and Central Herts magistrates' court on September 6 by failing to report as instructed without reasonable excuse on December 2 and 16. Fined £233 plus £85 costs.
