Stephanie Cousins: 44, of Down Edge, Redbourn. Ordered to attend 25 days of rehabilitation activity appointments before May 13 2020, fined £120 plus £85 costs and £85 towards victim services. Disqualified from driving for 38 months.
Cezary Angilski: 35, of Dellfield, St Albans. Drove a Mercedes van in Everard Close, St Albans, on March 28, while not holding a licence and without insurance. Fined £200 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services. Driving record endorsed with seven penalty points.

Drove a Vauxhall Astra without due care and attention at the roundabout at the junction of Sandpit Lane and House Lane, St Albans, on September 27, failing to afford precedence to a vehicle already manoeuvering around the roundabout and causing a collision. He also failed to stop following the accident and report it at a police station within 24 hours. Fined £160 plus £40 costs and £30 towards victim services. Driving record endorsed with five penalty points.
Harry Woods: 23, of Old Field Road, London Colney. Had in her possession an amount of cannabis in Borehamwood on November 20. Fined £153 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services.
