BENDY, happy people filled St Albans market last Saturday to tell people all about their love of one thing: yoga.
Yogis of all ages were out in unison to help launch St Albans’ very first hot yoga centre. Feel Hot Yoga will open its doors in a matter of weeks, after three years of work and personal sacrifice to bring hot yoga to Hertfordshire.
Owner and instructor, Nina Sebastiane, hopes eventually to turn the centre, which will offer up to 40 people the chance to practice yoga in a heated environment, into a teacher training centre too.
It comes after Nina had to make the difficult decision to travel to the USA to embark on her own training, taking her away from her young family for three months.
