Taste buds were tingling on Sunday (6) as local food stalls took to the high street to display the best of St Albans’ culinary delights.
From brownies to bourguignon, festival revellers were treated to an array of food stalls and outdoor treats.
After a day of demonstrations, the Mokoko cocktail team took centre stage and showed an eager audience how to make their latest cocktail- created by competition winner Anthony Matchett.
Anthony beat four other top contestants earlier in the week to win the Mokoko cocktail competition, earning his creation a place on their menu.
Herts Ad reporter Sophie Crockett, who helped judge the competition, went along to see the finished product demonstrated on stage.
