The event takes place at Nuffield Health and Fitness in Highfield Park Drive on Saturday from 9am-5pm and will feature a variety of entertainment, including a smoothie bike, free food taster sessions, mini classes, live music and a bouncy castle and face painting for the kids.

Guests will be treated to sport-specific talks and practical demonstrations by the gym team, as well as mini physio sessions including muscular-skeletal advice, back care and stress resilience.

The more competitive might like to take part in the sled-run challenge or seize the opportunity to play a squash pro who is ranked 26th in the world. Prizes will be available for winners and there will be various giveaways throughout the day.

The organisers are also hoping to get Saracens and England rugby players along to demonstrate the new athletic zone.

The day is open to members and non-members alike - click here for more information.
