Vehicle-cutting demonstrations and a barbecue will be on offer for families during an open day event.
St Albans Fire Station will be holding its annual open day on Saturday, September 3, offering a range of activities.
On the day there will be a teddy bear parachute drop, a smoke experience and a bouncy castle.
The Mayor of St Albans, Cllr Frances Leonard, will be at the open day which runs from midday to 4pm at the fire station in London Road.
