St Albans commuters are facing long delays this evening after a passenger was taken ill in London.
The delays have formed after a passenger was taken ill between London St Pancras International and London Blackfriars.
Great Northern National Rail confirmed that the passenger has now been helped from the train by the London Ambulance Service and the affected service is now on the move.
Services can now move freely in both directions however delays are expected until 7pm.
Trains passing through St Albans City are facing up to half an hour delays.
