St Albans Cathedral is holding the final session of a watercolour painting workshop where artists can paint the building in different seasons.
The workshop, taught by watercolourist Fiona Pruden, will be held in the Cathedral’s North Transept from 10am to 3pm on Saturday, April 28.
Any watercolourists are welcome to come along, although it is not a class for beginners. The workshop, which follows on from similar workshops in summer, autumn and winter, will include ideas and demonstrations of how to paint trees in spring using watercolours.
The workshop costs £25 per person, and all proceeds will be donated to the Cathedral Music Funds. Fiona’s own paintings from the workshops will eventually be used by the Cathedral for cards.
Contact Fiona at fiona.pruden@gmail.com for a list of materials to bring. To book, call the Cathedral box office on 01727 890290.
