Reality TV fans should keep their eyes peeled when the BBC’s latest series of cult programme Don’t Tell the Bride hits the big screen tonight.
Eager-eyed viewers will spot bridal boutique, The Bride, in George Street featured as the home of the bride-to-be’s dream wedding dress, as series nine of the popular programme begins.
Tonight’s episode will centre on lovebirds Andrew and Jenni, who has suffered from a disability caused by pregnancy and is desperate for romance. The Bride, who markets itself as a “chic store selling cut-to-fit women’s wedding outfits from a range of British designers”, makes a guest appearance as her favourite wedding dress outlet.
The episode will air on BBC1, in a move from its usual slot on BBC3, at 8pm.
