Her no-nonsense attitude set tongues wagging during her stint on The Apprentice but clearly St Albans’ Luisa Zissman proved a hit with the public as she walked away with a prestigious gong at this week’s Reality TV Awards.
The 26-year-old cupcake shop owner was voted Best Female Personality at a glitzy bash on Monday despite facing tough competition from Apprentice rival Leah Totton, as well as the likes of Made in Chelsea’s Millie Mackintosh and actress Helen Flanagan.
Luisa said: “It was very cool to win and I’m glad my personality came across so well. It was very nice but slightly weird as I find it really bizarre I’m apparently a celebrity!”
She added: “I did have some negativity and a little bit of a backlash when the show first came out and it’s cool to think actually the public does like me.”
