Firefighters were called to a smoking tumble drier in Harpenden today (July 21).
At about 9.30am crews from Harpenden and St Albans went to Thompsons Close to deal with a tumble drier which was smoking and may have been on fire.
The appliance was isolated and everything was made safe - no-one was hurt.
