The Essex & Herts Air Ambulance attended a patient in Park Street near St Albans over the weekend.
The helicopter was called out to Park Street yesterday (September 2) to reports a man had suffered a fall.
An ambulance and an ambulance officer were also called to Park Street and the man was transported to Watford General Hospital by land ambulance.
Onlooker Barry Silverman reported the Essex & Herts Air Ambulance landed and took off from the cricket pitch on Park Street recreation ground and there were three crew members.
