ARSONISTS set alight several wheelie bins along a St Albans street overnight.
Firefighters were called to the scene in Townsend Drive just after 1am this morning (Friday) and put out one of the blazes.
Quick-thinking residents had already put out two of the bin fires themselves.
The incident has been handed over to the police for investigation.
