At least 18 cars’ tyres were slashed along Russet Drive and Drakes Drive in St Albans overnight between April 15 and 16.

St Albans Safer Neighbourhood Team executed a warrant at an address in the city yesterday (Wednesday) morning in connection with the offences and more than 104 cannabis plants were also found at the property.

A man in his 40s from St Albans has been arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and drugs offences. He has been police bailed until June 30.
