NEARLY two weeks after a four ft statue of the Virgin Mary was stolen from a back garden, police are still trying to trace it.
The statue was taken from the garden of a property in Birch Way, London Colney, between 11pm on November 10 and 4pm on November 11.
Pc Ian Aldridge from the London Colney Neighbourhood Team, said: "The statue, worth about £400, has extreme sentimental value as it used to be on the victims' daughter's grave."
