THE St Albans office of estate agent Hamptons International has won the award for the top office in the Herts, Bucks and Berks region for 2010.
This award is presented to the office that has achieved the greatest increase in sales from the previous year and in 2009 was won by Marlow.
In December, Hamptons International also received a Gold Award in the Sunday Times Estate Agency of the Year awards.
Regional sales director for Hamptons International Peter Everett said: “Since we opened the office in 2007 the St Albans team, led by associate director Nuala Easter, have gone from strength to strength and I am absolutely delighted with the levels of business we have achieved on both sales and lettings in that time. The team pride themselves on their levels of service and I receive more customer testimonials from clients in St Albans than any other office.”
